5. Webinar Recordings

Some online events may be recorded.

Participants will be informed when recording takes place.

If you do not wish your image or voice to appear in a recording, you may turn off your camera and microphone.

Information voluntarily shared in public portions of an event, including the chat, may be visible to other participants and, in some circumstances, may appear in the recording.

6. Communities and Participant Conduct

Some events may include access to a Telegram community or another group space.

Participants are expected to interact respectfully and not share another participant’s personal information, stories, messages, or materials outside the relevant space without permission.

Evolving Mastery Inc. may restrict a participant’s access where conduct compromises the safety of other participants, violates applicable law, or substantially disrupts the community.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms to provide our website, communications, and events, including Hostinger, MailerLite, Zoom, and Telegram.

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms.

Evolving Mastery Inc. does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability or freedom from technical interruptions.
