This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect, why we collect and use it, when it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you.
Evolving Mastery Inc. is a company based in British Columbia, Canada, and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

3. Consent
When you provide personal information to register for a webinar, event, or program, you consent to our use of that information for purposes reasonably connected with your registration and participation.
For example, if you register for a webinar, we may use your contact information to provide the Zoom link, reminders, schedule updates, materials, and access to the recording.
Where required, consent to receive future marketing and promotional communications will be requested separately.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using the Unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting info@evolvingmastery.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to provide an event, program, or service you have requested.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our website, manage communications, and deliver events.
These currently may include:
Hostinger — website hosting and technical infrastructure;
MailerLite — contact management, registration management, and email communications;

Telegram — communities, channels, chats, and event-related communications and materials.
When these services are used, certain personal information may be processed by the relevant service provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
Some providers may store or process information outside British Columbia or Canada. Personal information processed outside Canada may therefore be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
We use service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate our website, communicate with participants, and provide our services.
5. Telegram
If you choose to join an Evolving Mastery Inc. Telegram community, channel, or group following registration, your use of Telegram is also governed by Telegram’s own terms and privacy practices.
Depending on your Telegram privacy settings, other participants may be able to see your name, username, profile image, and other information you make available through Telegram.
We encourage you to review your Telegram privacy settings before participating in group spaces.
6. Zoom and Event Recordings
Some webinars and online events may be recorded.
Where an event is being recorded, participants will be informed.
Depending on the format of the event, a recording may capture a participant’s name, image, voice, chat messages, or other information voluntarily shared during the event.
If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you may turn off your camera and microphone and avoid sharing personal information in the public chat.

If you separately consent to receive news, educational materials, and information about Evolving Mastery Inc. programs and events, we may send such communications by email and, where applicable and agreed, through other electronic channels.
Commercial email communications will include a mechanism that allows you to unsubscribe from future marketing messages.
We may maintain records of consent as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and manage that consent.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies that are technically necessary for the website to operate properly and securely.
We may introduce additional analytics or website measurement technologies in the future.
If we introduce technologies for which additional notice or consent is required under applicable law, we will update our website disclosures and this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may provide limited access to personal information to service providers that help us operate our website, communications, and events, including the providers described above.
We may also disclose information where authorized or required by law, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our lawful rights.
10. Retention

When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it.
